PQ99's Terms & Conditions — For Members

PQ99 is an online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to all PQ99 services, games, bonuses, and promotions.

By creating an account or using the site, you are deemed to have agreed to all of the terms below. PQ99 accepts no liability if you have not read or do not understand these terms.

• PQ99 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
• Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
• Although these terms are written in Bengali, the English version shall be considered final in all legal matters.
• PQ99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account or access to services at its discretion.

Providing accurate and genuine information is mandatory when registering at PQ99. Accounts created with false information will be terminated immediately and any deposited balance may be forfeited.

• Each person may open one account only. If duplicate accounts are found, both will be closed.
• The name, phone number, and payment method provided at registration must all belong to the same person.
• It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• You must cooperate fully if asked to submit identification documents for KYC verification.

PQ99 is an adults-only platform. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform. PQ99 may request relevant documents at any time to verify a user's age.

• Registration is open to residents of Bangladesh only.
• Government officials and employees of regulatory bodies should review their organization's policies before using the platform.
• People experiencing mental or financial vulnerability are advised to refrain from gaming.

PQ99 currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200, with a daily maximum of BDT 50,000.

• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.
• You cannot withdraw immediately after making a deposit — at least one wager must be placed first.
• If you experience any payment-related issues, please contact support within 24 hours.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

The minimum withdrawal amount at PQ99 is BDT 500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–15 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed in cases involving KYC verification or suspicious activity.

• The mobile banking number used for withdrawals must belong to the registered account holder.
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be submitted on the same day, but the daily maximum limit is BDT 2,00,000.
• Wagering requirements must be met for any winnings earned through a bonus.
• If fraudulent activity is detected, the withdrawal will be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Withdrawals are currently completely free of charge.

All bonuses and promotions at PQ99 are governed by their own terms, in accordance with PQ99's Terms & Conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The minimum wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is x20 (you must wager 20 times the bonus amount).
• Bonuses apply to the first deposit only, unless stated otherwise.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• The deadline to meet bonus wagering requirements is generally 7 days.
• PQ99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus will be voided and the account suspended.

All games at PQ99 are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game outcome is determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to support within 48 hours.
• PQ99 reserves the right to void any bet that produces an abnormal outcome due to a technical error.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, your game state will be saved and you can resume once you reconnect.
• Logging into the same game simultaneously from multiple devices is prohibited.

Any activity that violates PQ99's Terms & Conditions is strictly prohibited. If any of the following activities are detected, the account will be terminated immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

• Creating an account using false identity or information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Exploiting or manipulating the bonus system
• Using Third-Party Payment Methods
• Use of hacking, viruses, or other malicious software
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes
• Misconduct or harassment toward other members
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity

PQ99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion and at any time. Members may also voluntarily close their own accounts.

• If an account is terminated due to a rule violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded.
• If an account is closed at the member's request, they will be given the opportunity to withdraw their balance.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) may be closed without prior notice.
• As part of Responsible Gaming, members can temporarily lock their own account at any time.

PQ99 always strives to deliver the highest quality of service. However, PQ99's liability is limited in certain circumstances.

• PQ99 is not responsible for any game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or server issues.
• PQ99 is not responsible for unauthorized account access resulting from a member's negligence or password sharing.
• PQ99's liability is limited for any delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• PQ99 will not compensate for any financial losses incurred through gaming.

PQ99 takes the protection of members' personal data very seriously. Our Privacy Policy details how member information is collected, stored, and used.

• Member information is never sold to any third party.
• Information may be disclosed to government authorities where required by law.
• Members may request to view, correct, or delete their personal information.

PQ99 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes. We recommend checking this page regularly.

• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
